Need space for a one day meeting? The secluded Conference Center provides a perfect setting, and our staff provides snacks and lunch. Need space for large events? We can accommodate. Located on 400 acres of woodland, Covey Rise provides a tranquil distraction-free setting that allows for focus on the planned meeting or event. Activities can be arranged for “downtime” that can promote camaraderie or team building or just relaxation. After contacting Covey Rise for a booking, our customers are emailed an estimate of total cost.
All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the approved estimate. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the hunt.
Deposits will be refunded, less a 15% processing fee, if cancellation notice is received in writing 45 days before arrival date. Thereafter, deposits are non-refundable.
Gratuities are not mandatory, but are encouraged for our service oriented guides. If instructed we will add to your invoice a gratuity of 15% or an amount specified by you.
