Everyone Looks Forward to Summer Camp
Our Youth Camps result in a lifetime of enjoying outdoor sporting activities. Our professional staff teaches basic hunting and camping skills within an environment that promotes education and fun. Campers are housed in the Main Lodge & Hideaways. Every bedroom contains three or four beds and has a private bath. As always, safety is of utmost importance and will be reinforced in all daily activities, with each camper being informed of the camp’s rules, regulations, and responsibilities beforehand.
What Your Kiddo Can Expect
Whether you decide upon Basic or Advanced Summer Camp, your child can expect a summer full of newly acquired skills, non-stop outdoor recreation, and formidable bonds with their fellow peers. Our Youth Camp selections differ from many options offered within our area during the summertime. In addition to several hundred acres of pristine woodlands with nature trails and a running creek, our facilities boast a well-equipped skeet field and sporting clay course, a swimming pool, and a fifteen-acre beautiful lake completely stocked with fish for more outdoor adventure.
Boys Ages 11-15
Camp sessions are one week.
Check-in is Sunday between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.
Pick up is at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
2024 Basic Summer Camps
$1150 Tuition per Camper (+ target/ammunition fees)
June 2nd - June 7th
July 7th - July 12th
July 28th - August 2nd
Our Basic Summer Camp option is geared toward beginners. It teaches basic hunting, camping, and crafting skills within a safety-conscious and education-oriented environment. Campers will focus on the Hunter Education Program as well as learn about the basics of shooting, hunting, fishing and the logistics of trapping indigenous wildlife.
Covey Rise Summer Camps provides the following equipment: shotguns, rifles and bows
2024 Advanced Summer Camps
$1150 Tuition per Camper (+target/ammunition fees)
June 23rd - June 28th
July 14th - July 19th
July 21st - July 26th
Campers, who are between the ages of 12-15 years old and have attended our Basic Summer Camp have the opportunity to sign-up for Advanced Summer Camp. Advanced Summer Camp introduces more intricate shooting techniques such as sporting clays, skeet, 5-stand, and more.
Covey Rise Summer Camps provides the following equipment: rifles & bows. Ammunition can be purchased in the Covey Rise Pro-shop.
